Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of AskRankly ("we", "us"), available at askrankly.com. By using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What we provide
AskRankly sends questions to third-party AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini) through their official APIs, analyzes the answers, and gives you a report with suggested improvements. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers.
2. No guarantee of results
AI answers vary between runs and change over time. A report is a snapshot of the answers we received at the time of the check. We do not guarantee that any AI assistant will mention, rank or recommend your product, now or in the future. Suggestions in the fix pack are general guidance, not legal, financial or professional advice.
3. Accounts and fair use
The free check is limited to one per person. Please don't use automated means, disposable email addresses or multiple identities to get extra free checks, and don't run reports on websites you have no legitimate interest in. We may refuse or limit service where we see abuse.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. One-time reports are charged once. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Founding Lifetime is a one-time payment for the Starter-lite plan for as long as AskRankly operates it; seats are capped at 50.
5. Refunds: 7-day money-back guarantee
Email support@askrankly.com within 7 days and we'll refund you in full:
- One-time reports ($29 Report, $79 Deep Report): within 7 days of purchase.
- Monthly plans: your first monthly payment, within 7 days of it. Later monthly payments aren't refunded, but you can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period.
- Founding Lifetime: within 7 days of purchase. No refunds after 7 days.
If we can't deliver a report you paid for, we'll refund it whatever the timing.
6. Your content and reports
You own the information you give us about your product. You may use your report and fix-pack drafts however you like. AI-generated answers included in reports belong to their respective sources and are shown for analysis. Anyone with a report link can view that report, so share links carefully.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use the service to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to attack or overload our systems or third-party systems, or to resell the service without an Agency plan.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for outages and changes at third-party AI providers.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make a material change, we'll update the date above and, for paying customers, notify you by email.
